I've always been into cosplay, so my suggestions is maybe dress up while you stream?
You don't HAVE to but it could be fun.
I have some friends which I cosplay Deadpool with and we thought it would be hilaruous to cosplay as Deadpool while we were gaming.

I see the potential in something like that. Maybe even some cosplay stuff that doesn't have anything to do with gaming? How-to type stuff maybe?

I think the machinima idea has potential, just throwing that here so it's written down in the youtube thread. I know there are a few creative types who could come up with solid story and we're all funny enough to interject humor. We've got voice talent, people with acting and directing experience, I/we can do the video in RPG Maker or we could choose some other platform.

I had an idea of just creating a GG stream and people having a set time/day to shake their thang. So it's almost like a tv station with various people doing various things together/by themselves. I'd love to stream the troubles of LoL and whatever else people wanna play.
